Sound /b/ story

Danny’s uncle is a musician, he comes every weekend to visit the family. This time he brought a nice violet violin with him. When Danny and Julia saw it they were surprised. “Wow….it’s so beautiful. Can we touch it, uncle Garry”. “why not!”, said their uncle. the children liked how soft it is. Whenever they pull the strings of the violin it makes a musical “lllll, l, l, l…” sound. The sound was actually very pleasing.

How to pronounce the /l/ sound:

The L letter is a little bit difficult to teach as it has two slightly different sounds. Those are /l/ light and dark. To differentiate between them, you have to know that if /l/ sound comes before the vowel it is light. On the other hand, if it came after the vowel, it will be dark which means it will be a little bit heavy when it is pronounced. However, in phase 2, it is not that mandatory to teach the difference between them.
