Looking for a printable 2027 calendar for kids that children will actually want to use? This free pack comes in two versions: a cute full-color cartoon calendar, and a black-and-white coloring calendar kids can color themselves. Each has a one-page yearly calendar and 12 monthly pages with a Sunday-start grid and US holidays marked. Download single months, or grab a full bundle at the bottom.
Cute Cartoon 2027 Calendar (Full Color)
Bright cartoon pictures, rainbow weekday labels and big rounded date boxes make this version easy for little hands to write in. Each month also has a “Today the weather is” strip with sun, cloud, rain and snow icons.
Start with the yearly page. It shows the whole year at a glance, ideal for the fridge or a classroom wall.
Then pick your month. The previews are pictures only, and the buttons do the downloading.

How to Use the Calendar at Home and in Class
- Days of the week. Say the day together each morning, pointing to the column headings.
- Counting days. Count the boxes to a birthday or the last day of school, then cross off each day.
- Birthdays. Write family and classmate birthdays in the boxes, or draw a small cake.
- Weather circle time. On the cartoon pages, kids circle sun, cloud, rain or snow each day. It is a quick, friendly routine for preschool and kindergarten.
- Fine-motor practice. Coloring the picture and month letters on the coloring version builds pencil control.
- Seasonal themes. Pair the months with our winter coloring pages, school bus coloring pages or autumn coloring pages.
Teachers may also like our teacher coloring pages and ocean and sea animals coloring pages, which go nicely with the August sea turtle.
Printing Tips
- Print at 100 percent (“actual size”) and check the print preview first.
- The cartoon version prints fine on a home color printer. Use the coloring version to save ink.
- Use heavier paper if kids color with markers, so the color does not bleed through.
- Punch two holes for a binder, or staple the pages along the top to make a wall calendar.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which version should I choose, cartoon or coloring?
Choose the cartoon calendar for a ready-to-use, full-color calendar with a weather strip. Choose the coloring version if your child enjoys coloring or you want to save ink. Both use the same layout and holidays, so you can print either or both.
Does the calendar include US holidays?
Yes. Both versions mark common US holidays such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other countries and school districts differ, so add your own dates.
Does the week start on Sunday? Will it print on A4?
Every monthly page uses a Sunday-start grid, like most US wall calendars. The pages are US Letter size and print fine on A4 if you choose “fit to page” in your print settings.
Is the calendar really free?
Yes. It is free for personal and classroom use. Print as many copies as you need, but please do not resell the files or upload them to other sites.
